Process for creating an online ticket:
- Login to the support center with your domain name and secret word
- Choose "Billing Center" on the left hand menu
- Choose "Contact Billing" from the "Billing Links" menu
- Fill in all requested information
- In the section labeled "Description of Question or Issue" please state that your account has been frozen due to reason code 2"
